We are excited to welcome Kristi and her Hanovarian, Mondavi, to Blues Creek. Mondavi is here for sixty days of training and has already shown a lot of progress!
Rebecca, Emily, and I went to Cincinnati for a day to look at haflingers but Emily ended up falling in love with Ziggy, a young quarter horse mare. Ziggy has a vet check scheduled for Thursday and we are eagerly awaiting the results.
Cursive will be moving to pasture board for a few months while she recovers from her injured back, and Dusty will be moving to Camp Willson on Friday afternoon. I think that camp will be the perfect place for Dusty, and I will be able to keep track of his progress through my friends at Willson Outdoor Center, where I used to work.
Several new lesson clients will be joining the barn over the next couple of weeks, so be sure to introduce yourself!
